Trusted Authentication issue.

We are using Trusted Authentication here and we are actually rolling out Business Objects XI Release 2 this week using trusted authentication. I ran into one issue where the single sign-on did not work for one user. That user had a dash in his name. I am wondering if anyone else had issues with a dash in a username and the logon not passing through to the InfoView start page?
