Trust Relationships Via VPN

I would like to set up a 2 way trust From a NT4 Domain to a W2k Domain.

I am using User Manager for Domains in the NT4 Domain and I would like to use netdom.exe in the 2K Domain.
If some one has any idea on how to achieve this using the netdom.exe util that would be great.
What would be the correct syntax to use to establish a oneway or if I decide a 2 way trust using the Domain na,mes below.
NT4 DN "Domain1" 2k DN "Domain2"
