trust relationship between Microsoft AD and SunOne LDAP server

I have a MS 2003 AD. I was wondering if a trust relationship would be possible to setup between the MS AD and the Sun LDAP server. This is so that I can authenticate an application running on IIS 6 to the LDAP server. I do not have control over the Sun LDAP, but I do have a DN on the Sun LDAP.
Please advice.

Since AD supports LDAP, then in theory you should be able to. A google search yields the following results;

It would need to be a kerberos realm trust; but it should technically be possible. kerberos must be enabled on the sun side too though, and kerberos must function properly within the domain.
