I have 2 windows 2000 servers in my office and 1 windows NT 4.0 server in a remote office.

Each office is uses it's own domain.

I have setup a VPN between the offices and I can ping the internal IP of the remote server and even map a drive using the internal IP address.

How do I setup a trust between the 2 domains?!

In NT 4.0, you have to go into User Manager for Domain (Start --> RUN --> USRMGR) Choose Policies -> Trust relationships.

In Windows 2000, you have to launch Active Directory Domains and Trusts.

When I try set up the remote office's Domain to be trusted the Windows 2000 sever complains that it cannot connect to the domain.
