Trust Center Issue Access 2007 & Vista

Hi I have created an autoexec macro in my database but when i run it, i get the error macro cannot be run in disabled mode.

I have enabled all macros and made sure the folder with the database in it is a trusted location but still get the error. can anyone help me please
