Does any know the formula for assigning trunks or how to asses the amount needed for a call center ?

I use a traffic calculator from Avaya. You enter inputs like # of busy hour calls, call duration, and after call work, and what percentage of calls you want to answer, and how many can get queued. Then it gives you a result with a range of staffed agents and what it recommends. I will try and see if I have a link to where I got this from. If not tell me the inputs and I can tell you the results.
