Hi guys,

How to effectively find out how many trunks'm using and how many were hired by the telephone company?
NEC NEAX 2000 IPS

You need to list up commands 0701, 0702 and command 10 you are looking for all the Dxxx numbers where xxx = the trunk number. then check Command E52 de trunk number de any set to zero are not in use. The reason you check E51 is that it is common practice when assigning ISDN to program all the channels but then only leave in service the number that are in use as when you add them the system needs a reset whereas just un-busying them doesn't which makes it a lot easier if you have to expand the number. As for how many were hired, check your phone bills.

If you have the MatWorX program you couls also run a LEN list report. Anything listed as DXXX is a trunk. The report can come in handy with stations as well.
