Hi

I'm new to Symposium and Meridian 1.

In the project I'm involved with, we need to extract the Trunk physical (slot/port/channel) information from the Symposium database for each logical trunk number. For all the other information I need, I was able to locate a database view that would have the information I would need, however I was unable to locate a field that holds this particular trunk information.

Is my only option then, to get this information from the Meridian 1 PBX database?

If so, can someone briefly explain to me how to go about retrieving this information from the Meridian 1 database.

Gilles

I'm no expert at this, you may be better off asking this question in the Meridian forum. However, assuming you know how to log into a Meridian system I believe the info you are after is the Route Data Block. Load 22 PRT RDB. You can list them all or individually if you know route you want.
