Trunk under supervision?? 1

I want to know if there is posibility to make a anolgue trunk under supervision!! to know wich extension are using this trunk at the moment or on past moment.

TABS stands for Telephone Account Billing System and is used for logging of all kind of calldata to provide registration in order to get payed for the telephone services.

It loggs all kinds of data concerning extensions, groups, trunks, and so on.

hi user 25,

tabs is a billing software. you can see who used the trunk at the end of the call. also you may have different brand of billing software providing the same thing.
but as I understand you want to see who is using while it is being used. If you have a terminal access to system type the command:
CTDEI:EQU=x-x-xx-xx;
x-x-xx-xx is the physical address of the trunk. It shows the connection to that trunk. But you will need to type it every time you want to see.

I've already used the command CTDEI:EQU or DIR
but like you said this command is used to know who is usin the trunk at the moment,unfortunately it doesn't give any information for the past!!
