Trunk Type Not allowed when building a RLI

I am trying to build an RLI, after ENTR 0 I am prompted for ROUT, I enter 6 for my DSN Route and recieve an error; esn0031. The Trunk Type is ATVN. This is a PBX located on a government facility using DSN for internal, base to base traffic. Most of my other PBX's are using PRI/Tie Trunks for this DSN traffic. I have been through all of the NTPs and Docs that I have and can find nothing that would explain why I am not able to use the Route 6 in my RLI. The PBX is an 81C running rels.25. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

This is certainly not best practice, but I have been faced with a similar problem. What I did was make the route a COT, then built the Route List, then OUT the trunk route and rebuilt it as what Route Type I wanted. Essentialy fooling the PBX.
