You identify the digital extension assigned to the Call Pilot and restrict that set.

To disable trunk to trunk transfer
Your options are Terminal and Sets/Show set/Capabilities/ Allow Redirect(N) or Lines/Trunk Mode (unsupervised)
If through Vmail set outbound transfer in Mbox's to (N) not necessary if line supervision set to (unsupervised)
I would not allow line redirection on sets. Unsupervised lines can sometimes get hung up in system..
