Trunk to Trunk transfer ?

Hello,
My customer has a Magix R3 in Key mode with all Partner sets. I tried to set up T to T transfer and had no luck. I had her press transfer, 9 and the phone # followed by # and transfer and the call rang back to her ext. I also had her stay on the line until the party answered then press transfer. Any thoughts???

You must have a few things set up to accomplish this.

Loop Start, reliable Disconnect.

Trunk to Trunk transfer permission.

Start there, if you can't get it to work, repost.

if your in key mode you can't use 9 because you have no pools
