Trunk to trunk transfer siemens hipath 4000 v5

Hi all

We have encounter a problem.

this is the scenario:
when the caller called the pilot number, the call goes to operator. after that, the caller wants to transfer their call to 7xxx.
the 7xxx is forwarded to Mobile number/Direct line

1. caller called pilot number (operator answer call) operator and caller are engaged in a call
2.caller wants to transfer the call to 7xxx (caller is on hold) while operator is contacting 7xxx which is forwarded
to mobile/did's, operator is now engaged in a call, it's either mobile/did's.
after that the operator will begin to transfer the call. after transfer the call bounce again to operator(the caller and operator is engaged) then the forwarded number 7xxx is disconnect.
