here is the scenerio, we have Cisco sets that are connected by a PRI to our OPT 61, I can get an inbound call transferred from a digital set over the PRI to cisco, but not the console. All I did to make the sets work is FTTU in CLS, but not sure how to make it work for the console.

Have you tried using the PRI's ACOD folowed by the extension number when transferring a call over the link?.
