Trunk to trunk transfer on Legend R7

Yes it is,
First, you must turn on trunk to trunk transfer for the extension who will be doing the transferring. Then, when the call comes in, press transfer, 9, the number that you wish to transfer the call to, once the receiving party answers, press transfer again to complete.

There are so many ways this can be implemented.
You can have a ZERO OUT option (from Voice Mail) send the caller to the Cell phone.
You can have a call to a given extension ALWAYS go to the Cell phone.
Aussie hit the nail on the head for one of those, (And if that's what they want, he ought'a get a STAR).
