have a customer with a old opt11e v-1411 rls 20.22 built a ACD dn that is NCFW to outside #. works fine if we call from insde but if we try to Xfer a call from outside will not tie the 2 outsdie callers together. trunks are on a std t-1 as DID, the tgar for the trks and sta are set to 1. what else am I missing that would stop the 2 outside callers to connect

On the outgoing route, check that TRMB = YES. Also check in LD 56 if you have TBAR and RART configured.

we do have TRMB set for Y i will chk ld 56 thanks

The NCOS on the incoming trunks may not be high enough. Compare with the NCOS on the sets.

Here is a little cheat sheet I made up to accomplish this

LD 15 REQ: CHG
TYPE: NET_DATA
DITI = YES
EXTT = YES
FTOP = FTLY

LD 15 REQ: RDR_DATA
CFTA = NO

LD 49 FCR
CNRO 0
INIT = ALOW

LD 20 For each phone TN that needs to be able to transfer calls to a remote number:
CLS = CTD, FTTU, CFXA
Key xx CFW 4

LD 20 For all other phone TN's at that don’t need to transfer to a remote number:
CLS = CTD, FTTC, CFXD
Key xx CFW 4

LD 23 ACD = 5001
MWC = Yes
MAXP = 1
NCFW = ACOD1234567890

LD 95 Add name for ACD
CFW to Cell,- J.Smith
