My customer has a Merlin Magix 4.0 with Trunk to trunk transfer. The problem is when a call is transfer the caller hears a short burst of ringing and then about 9 seconds of silence till the ringing starts at the other end. some customers think they have been disconnected and hangup. is there any what to have continuous ringing while the connection is being made? Thanks for any help
