Hi, I'm trying to configure a Trunk side Voice Recorder (Audiolog) to work with a Meridian (don't know what version sorry). To configure the CTI Integration I need the individual labels for each time slot within the trunks which connect to it, they've 45 incoming slots of which we want to monitor 30.

Without this the audio can't be matched up with the correct CTI record. Is there a way to get this from the Meridian or would it be supplied by BT or someone like that? The trunk itself is labelled up as:

IMGB 222594 TRIB 3 LOOP1 DDSL 15

I'm either asking the wrong questions to the support engineers or it's something they can't supply, any ideas please?

Thanks, that gets me the TN but I can't convert this to a packed TN and then Decimal as it's not the right size. I've had someone do this on the PBX and hopefully it'll get me where I need.

Cheers, Tim.
