Hi all is CM8.x with CMS. When i run the command

monitor traffic trunk all

it wont shows how many calls are in waiting (W) and Que length (q).
Can somebody help why it is like that? Through which command within ASA i can check how many calls are in waiting?

You don't explain what you're looking for. It's very rare for someone to queue outbound trunk group especially in the last 30 years. I suspect you do not know what this report is for.

Number of calls in the queue waiting to be serviced for each trunk group.

Field Description
# Group number for the trunk group or hunt group.
S The number of members administered for each trunk or hunt group.
A The number of members in a group that are active on a call. This does not include
busied out members.
Q The length of the queue administered for a group.
W The number of calls waiting in the group queue to be serviced.

I think you are looking for 'monitor bcms’ commands. That will give some info, if the trunks, etc are monitored.
