What order does the Legend 7.0 Send calls out on the 100D DS1 trunk card. My telco is asking for one of 4 possibilities.
1. PBX Least ide - Telco most idle
2. PBX Most idle - Telco least idle
3. PBX sends calls out on 23, then 22,21,20 etc.
4. PBX sends calls out on 1, then 2,3,4 etc.

Also can I change the sequence in the Legend...If so where?

Thanks

Assuming all the channels are in the same pool, 1st call goes out on 1st channel, 2nd call goes out on 2nd channel - even if the 1st one is idle. It's circular, so when it uses the 23rd, the next one out is the 1st again.

You could put the channels in different pools, put the pools in the ARS tables, but the calls will still circle through the pool until all are in use, then circle through the next pool, etc.

You can't otherwise change the sequence.

On a Magix, this is how the channel selection works on a PRI. If you label the 23 trunks so you see what you are grabbing when you dial 9 it appears as if you are grabbing them circularly. That is a farse. There is not a 1 to 1 ratio of lines to B-Channels in this situation. When you build your B-Channel group, place the B-Channels in there in reverse starting with *0623, *0622, *0621, etc. This is the order in which you will grab the B-Channels. I always set mine up descending, and my provider is always ascending. That is the only control you have. Good luck
