Hello All

Tricky situation.
1.Switch A connected to Switch B via IP trunks.
2.As the IP trunks needs to be monitored a loop-back trunk is in place
3.ars calls like 03437 needs to be goin via the loop-back trunk then fall onto the IP trunks and transverse onto switch b.
4.Als Switch B needs an ARS to dial the 03437 number outside.
Any idea on the programming

You may have to place a (9) or whatever your FAC is for ARS in the route pattern on the remote switch.

Thanks,
CJH
