Trunk Ports Not Working

Hello,
I was working on a Panasonic ns500 today and had a challenge with 5 trunk ports.
External calls were not going through the CO port 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 but external calls only go through the CO port 1.
However incoming calls come through the CO port 1 and 2 but were unable to come through the remaining 4 CO ports.
Please, what could be the cause and any solution to this challenge.
I tried everything I could. Please, I need help this is a brand new PBX.

How is your wiring on those ports?. What pairs?

Set up inbound destinations and permissions correctly?

The Lcot 6 has three ports, 2 co's per port pins 1,2 co 1 pins 7,8 co2 etc
