Just got a call from a customer stating that the first port on a BCM50 3.0 keeps going dead. He can re-boot the system and it will work again for a couple of days. I know there was a patch for 1.0 which I have, but this is the first problem that I've heard of with 3.0. I just want to make sure there is no patch for this before I have him return the system for repair.

I've never meet a customer that ever got it right, if they did they wouldn't need to call me.
