Trunk Pickup on Merlin Magix R3

Hi all,

I can't seem to find out how I can pickup an individual line out of a pool on my Magix.
The reason I need to do so, is to forward the lead number of a POTS hunt group to a new number via a system speed dial. If I grab the pool, and someone is already on line 1 of that pool, the forward won't work correctly.
I've seen some references to codes for testing, but I can't find it in my manuals. I'm open to other methods...

I would suggest putting the line in a seperate pool, and setting your ARS up to use it as the LAST CHOICE.

That would be the PROPER WAY to do this.

Or do it from the Operator phone, where the lines are assigned individually
