Trunk not disconnecting after reps disconnect line

I have a Norstar MICS 4.1 phone system at my job. We just had a full system
crash and had to resetup our entire phone system. There are still a few things not normal, including my major problem. We have 5 analog lines dedicated to outgoing calls to 800 numbers. Now, when a rep makes an outgoing call on one of those lines, the line remains busy after they have released the call and noone else is able to use that line until it frees itself up, usually around two minutes later. If you hit the button that is lit up for the line on the phone, it says line in use, but there is no extension shown with it. They are loopstart lines, supervised, with a disconnect timer of 460ms. The lines are on different copper cards in the same module. Also the KSU that we are using now is different than the one that was on prior to our system crash. If anyone out there has any thoughts on what I can do to try and resolve I would greatly
appreciate it.
Thank you,

Ensure Fibre connectors properly and truly seated. Reseat trunk cards in module. reseat expansion card effected.
Post back.

All fibre has been reseated.. the trunk cards are tight, but I will reseat them when I can, I can not do that until after business hours (9pm), but I will update when I do reseat them and have a chance to monitor the calls. This will most likely be tomorrow in the afternoon.
Thank you

dp,
Ack. Also if problem continues, change the fibre DS30 cable if you can. Or swap one around just to prove there isn't a problem there.

Hmm, make sure disconnect supervision is enabled for all the lines. I had a similar problem with my new KSU a few weeks ago...
