Trunk Links for switches

Hi,
How do you find out what trunk links are being used on a switch? Is there a command?

They also had a question on which interfaces would have been trunk links, would a interface connected from a switch to a router ever be a trunk link? I always though it would be from switch to switch?

In the diagram they had one interface connect to another switch and the other where either to hosts or a router.
 
Routers can have trunk ports too, if they run .1q or ISL that can trunk just as well as any other switch. Server nics that support .1q can trunk also.

Thanks for this, do you also know how to get the MAC addresses quickly of the interfaces which are actually in use?

show interface, you have to go through them all, wasted a lot of time on my ccna exam
 
Mac address of the physical port on the switch? or devices attached to the ports?
