Have a customer with an NEC Electra IPK. Lines on the system were changed to Cox. Now when someone calls from the outside and selects an option, the DTMF tone is not recognized by the auto attendant, During troubleshooting I discovered if I monitor the line with my butt-set the tone is recognized. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
