Trunk line showing Busy

Hi Friends
we have meridian 61C
2 of our trunk lines(from PTT)(outgoing) is continuous showing busy when connected to to trunk but when remove its become normal
what is the reason
need to reset the TN or disable and enable TN
or may be our TN is become bad
kindly help me to solve this problem

disabling & re-enabling should be enough to reset (not sure if you can do an empty change to re-start the TN) but their must be an underlying issue. do you have a spare port you can move one of the lines to see if the issue follows it?

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder
