Trunk line prblem

Hi experts
We have MD110 sp3 we have one lim 4mag the TLU76 cards are installed in Mag0 mag1 and mag2. I connected the pstn lines one by one to all tlu cards. The cadap output is
Identity=SA-TSW-SP03
Version=CXP1010104/4/TSWSP03/R4A
The problem is when press 9 for outgoing line access it gives tone for a while and then sicelence. If you dial any out side no it gives busy tone.l take out one card from mag 2 and reconfigure at slot 63.I create a new rout and assigned the equipment but same problem. So kindly help me to solve the problem.

Hi,
TLU76 takes 32 timeslots so must be in a 0 slot. i.e. 00, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 etc. You cannot make one work in slot 63.

Have you printed the alarms and lost signals (allop himdp)?
