I have some copper trunks that (according to a traffic study) aren't being used but once or twice per week. When I run a report of trunks in my call accounting software, all these trunks are listed, but I can't figure out which ones are my PRI and which are copper..... This morning I had a bunch of people call me and I traced each call in the switch, then ran a call accounting report to see which trunk it came in on. In addition, I think some of my trunks are incoming only and some are outgoing only. There must be an easier way for me to determine which trunks are what.

duh
