Are there any ramifications to removing 6 ports / members from an active trunk group?

I want to add them to a new trunk group for 911 traffic.

Thanks

no problem, just make that new trunk group a 2nd choice in the route pattern for outbound calls in case the 1st trunk group is all in use but no problem in doing this

Thanks! I do have 5 copper lines for the traffic now and I will continue to use them as 2nd route. They just do not send ANI data and I cannot unblock our current set up, so I want to steal some ports to run my 911 traffic out of the isdn trunk unblocked. I want to steal them from the middle of the group and I was not sure how it would 'heal' the member numbers if it did it at all. I will try it tonight when things are slow. Thanks again.

should be no problem at all
