book 2 of three fo the i/o manuals, i can locate the section at work tomorrow.. how often are you getting a short hold? i can duplicate that problem, call you, usually to an acd group, as soon as i hear a hold que, hang up// i get maybe two a month, i've never tried to chase it any futher, if i got 100's a day. i'd look it up
