Hi,
We have a BCM 400 at site A, connected to a CS1000e at site B and Cisco UCM at site C, over H323 trunks. The users at site A dial 10 to route to the trunks, then 3XXX for the extension at site C.
We are integrating with our Lync Enterprise Voice, over Sonus gateways, which are connected to the BCM over the E1. Lync extensions, when they dial 103XXX, the call will come in to the BCM over the E1, then route to site C.
I was unable to add 3 as a destination code, but I could add 3A (The lines 6,7,8, and 9 have their boxes checked). However, the calls are dropping when the Lync user dials 103XXX. I can see on the BCM monitor, the digits coming in , 3XXX, and the call setup and proceeding, but then I get
CRef 1696 DISCONNECT_CC Reject
Cause - Reject
Cause Class: Normal Event
Cause: Call Rejected
Appreciate any help on how to proceed.
