I am getting trk135's and err090's after switching over from copper COT'S to DTI(t1) with an nt5d12 dual port dti/pri card.
Near as I can figure, the M1 isn't releasing the call after both parties hang up until the timers are exceeded and then it drops the call and spits out the trk codes. Answer Supervision is set to 'yes' on the trunks and C.O. says their end is set correctly but I'm not sure if I believe them. Are there other factors I'm not considering here?
Thanks! Thank you for the help,
Woodro

Firstly, digital trunks don't use supervision. The PRA's use d-channel messages & DTI use ABCD bits in time slot 16. I would suggest you check your route programming, LD 21 / PRT / RDB & check that both FEDC/NEDC = ETH.

Digital trunks do have supervision if setup as EAM or EM4 and Wink start.

I had one t1 vendor that gave me the same problem - channels would go into lockout. After several months of trouble calls and time spent trying to fix the vendor converted the T1 to PRI for free - proplem cleared.

wdhb, Digital trunks do have supervision, at least I should say there is a supervision promt on the trunk chanel in ld 14 when you build it. Near end and far end are both set to ETH. Thank you for the help,
Woodro
