Trunk Channels Busy

I was told that I have a "true busy" for my incoming calls
how do I check my trunks status, and channels to prove that I'm having a havy incoming trafic.?

is there any software that I can check and monitoring on line my trunks, and my traffic?

LD 80 AND DO A TRAC ON THE TN OR IF IT'S T1 USE A TRAD AND THE TN, THIS WILL TELL YOU IF THEY ARE ACTUALLY IN USE.
IF THEY ARE T1 YOU CAN STAT THE LOOP IN LD 60, BUT THIS ONLY TELLS YOU IDLE OR BUSY.
IF THERE COPPER LD 32 AND STAT THE CARD, BUT ONCE AGAIN IT WILL ONLY TELL YOU IF THEY ARE IDLE OR BUSY

First thing, check in LD 60
.STAT

See if anything comes up as DSBL or LCKO.

You can also have your carrier do a traffic study on your lines. They will tell you avg call length, answer time, busies, ect.. This should be free of charge at least with Verizon I can get 3 or so a year at no charge.
