Hi Guys,
I have an odd issue with a UK ISDN 30 Circuit.
I have inbound calls & I can make outgoing calls using individual trunk FAC
Issue is that I am unable to dial using trunk group with ARS
I have programmed simple ARS 9 Unknown trunk group 1 COR 1
Digit mod absorb 0, The trunks need me to send the 9 as they are BT Featureline (supposedly)
When I try to dial I get error on the IP Phone display when I punch in the last digit.
I have done numerous CCS traces and they all end with the call failing with the following CRM/CIM ;15;*94*F#
Failed call
17:17:02 RO7001 DPN 2B SSRM_I *58*CL*E*1*6030*A0010185*A#*58*C4*4*1#901#########
17:17:04 RI7001 DPN 8 CRM/CIM ;15;*94*F#
Complete call with Individual trunk FAC
17:16:49 RO7001 DPN 28 SSRM_I *58*CL*E*1*6030*A0010183*A#*58*C4*4*1#901#########
17:16:52 RI7001 DPN C NIM *98*58A;Cc#
17:16:52 RI7001 DPN 7 NIM *51*3#
17:16:53 RI7001 DPN 12 NAM *3#*167*6033*0*0#
17:16:55 RI7001 DPN 1 CCM
17:16:59 RO7001 DPN 2 CRM/CIM ;30;
17:16:59 RI7001 DPN 2 CRM/CIM ;30;
System is a Cluster and the IP phone I am testing from is configured on the Mitel with the Trunks
Version 8.0 SP3 (14.0.3.51)
I am thinking that maybe the Mitel is trying to send something down the trunk that trunk doesnt know what to do with.
I have seen this sort of problem before & enabling Name Suppression on outgoing Trunk Call on the COS solved but not this time
Thanks
