Trunk assignment to Guest mailbox.....

I have a Norstar CICS w/ Nam VM can is it possible/how do I assign? a trunk to ring only at a particular guest mailbox?

Express msg line if the NAM has that feature. I know u can do it on Callpilot. Not sure if u can on NAM.

What s/w rls is your NAM?

Assign the trunk to a hunt group, Sequential Mode, Hunt Delay 1,Overflow Q Time 15, Overflow to the DN of the Voice mail.
Then setup a mailbox with the same number as the Hunt Group (eg290), Ext same as Hunt Group (eg290) That works for me on a CICS and Nam
