Can someone please point me in the right direction for the AVAYA documentation that explains the TRUNK ANALYZER report? This is the trunk report that can be found under the Fault & Performance Tab of the ASA software.

Try opening ASA, clicking on Help, Contents, then Orphans. Look for the entries for the Trunk Anaylzer.
