Anybody know why these some times work and some times dont? Got a switch that was working and now isn't. Dial Access is set to Y.

Could be all trunks are in use. Could be the phone you are using has a lower COR/FRL than the trunk group.

Also some trunk types don't allow dial access, even though you can set it to Y.

This was working a couple of weeks ago and has stopped. Checked with carrier and there have been no changes. This is a DCS link.

The only time you should really be using the TAC's is if you need to do testing. You should not use them for routine calling, and you don't want to give them to everyone...

May be that number's digits, what you want to dial after TAC not in ARS anal table. That's a crazy thing. When I dial TAC I don't use ARS but the PBX check the number. But why.....
