Trunk Group Report
Total number of inbound calls abandoned by the caller during the specified time period.

Hi we are noticing that 40% of our calls are abandoned on the trunk site. We have also check on our blockage report and notice that we do not have any blockages.

Are this abandoned calls calulated on the VDN and Skill.
What is the specified time period
