Truncated Messages in GW 6.0.2

When one of our users receives a long text message it is truncated and he is unable to reply to it. It seems to me that I saw something stating it was a problem with Micro$oft Windows not allocating enough memory but I don't remember what the fix/workaround is.

Hi,

The problem seems to be when received/viewed in RTF. TID 10080615 indicates that it is being researched by Novell but the work around is to view the email in HTML format.

I'm using Groupwise and all of my large messages are truncated. I set Groupwise to display in HTML and they are still bein truncated. What can cause this?
