I have a user who is experiencing issues with certain mail messages. The bottom of the mail is truncated it doesn't show all of the mail.
She is running Office 2000 on a W98 machine, I have tried re-installing Office 2000, tried a repair of Office to no avail.
I've just Service packed office to level 3 applied the latest security patch and her virus defs are upto date.
I can view her mail messages normally on another Windows 2000 machine. If I cut and paste the offending mail message body into a new mail message & send it, it works fine.
The original file is only 13K in size. There are also other messages which are showing the same trait
Has anyone else come across this issue.
