Truncated data in crystal 7

I am using an odbc connection to sql server 7. When one of my database fields are more than 254 characters it gets truncated. Some people have said to change the connection. What connection string is recommended? Any one have any ideas. Much appreciated.

Sort by date Sort by votes
Go under the more data sources and select Microsoft SQL Server for a direct connection, or select OLE DB and configure it.
