TRUE TYPE - RASTER FONTS and Window size

I am running a DOS program inside a W2000 window. On one machine I am offered Raster fonts and I am able to up size the window to make it more readable.

However, on another machine I cannot seem to change the window size of the font size, no matter what setting of font that I use.... ie True Type or Bit Map

If I run the batch file on the other machine it works fine... The W2000 seems to be behaving differently on the different machines....

Is there a switch somewhere ?

Any tips appreciated
