I have a situation where I am modifying existing Crystal Version 7 reports that use Arial Western as their default font. These reports are sent to a PDF printer and appear on-line using the Crystal Web Server.

After I access these reports, all text boxes are converted from Arial Western to Arial Central European and will not change back to their default. The Arial Central European font does not display correctly on the Web. This happens to every report I open up even if I haven't altered the text box in any way.

I have discovered that the problem doesn't happen in Windows NT - only in Windows 98 or Windows 2000.

Has anyone else had this problem and how did you resolve it? I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to ensure that report fonts don't change when viewing them on-line.
