Truck Incoming call ring delayed abnormally on station

we are using IPS 2000 nec telecom system in our industry. For our Vice President's convenience we have programmed one particular truck line to his station number(174). The problem is if any outside caller use to call his truck line, this concerned station (174) is ringing only after 30 seconds to 1 minute delayed. Due to this he is missing many important outside calls.

Please help us how to overcome from this problem and what to do in mat works for getting this programme solved. Kindly help us.

If you are using the DIT assignment, then the programming should be as follows;
CMD 3002>TK number>04 = DIT day
3003>TK number>04 = DIT night
3004>TK number>174 = destination day
3005>TK number>174 = destination night
3018>TK number>0 = allow direct trunk appearance if using a line key for the trunk appearance.
If all of this is correct, then connect the trunk to a butt set and test from telco.
