One of our users uses pop3 to access her exchange account with Outlook 2002. Recently she has been experiencing very slow retrieval of e-mails. I thought it might have been the client, but we've tried adding the pop account to other computers and it still seems to lock up. Is there anything on the server side that may be the cause?
