Troubleshooting - Non-Delivery to Recipients on Domain. 1

Just one user gets a non-delivery status notification when sending email to 3-4 recipients in our domain. Just wanting to know what to check on the user's PC/profile? Possibly download the address book again?

Below is the error code

"5.1.1: Either the e-mail address is invalid, or it doesn't exist in the recipient's e-mail system. One of the most common causes is that the recipient couldn't be found in the directory. Verify that the recipient address is formatted correctly and resend the message."

After checking to see if you have the same problem in OWA, use an NK2 file editor on that person's workstation and delete all the existing entries that match the people that he/she is having trouble emailing. Probably accidentally saved an address in cache that wasn't properly formatted.
