How do i troubleshoot loss of internet functionality when I can still ping my getaway?

Hmmm. What OS are you using? Just a shot in the dark, have you tried IE property, set up Internet connectivity?

Are you using a gateway that requires licensing? If you can browse your private network, but can't access the internet, maybe you need to update to more user licenses. Just a suggestion, if that's the scenario.
