Hello Avaya Experts,
We have a depoyment using Avaya Aura R8 at the Core with Audiocodes M800s as a Branch gateway and phones proxy the registration via the M800 to be able to do SIPREC to a recording server and also provide SIP trunks.
We have an issue that only one of the gateway works while other gateways with similar configurations are blocking the phone registration (proxied via M800 to SM). We know it's a working solution but cannot replicate it at other sites.
Note that the M800 has been configured on SMGR - Entity, SIP Entity, Entity Links. CSR generated from Audiocodes and signed by SMGR and PEM passed onto the M800. Settings file contains certificate for phone registration.
If anyone has a similar deployment. In one test the M800 will accept the registration and proxy to SM but the features are missing (which means PPM is not going across).
Note as well we have alternate registration so the phone will register via M800 and M800 proxies the registration to SMGR but in the event the registration fails on the M800, the phone will directly register to SM.
Any suggestions will help. Thanks in advance.
